For transaction management, we use top-notch software with a portal where agents and clients can easily view property info, deadlines, and documents.

Meet the owner
Hola! My name is Ylsa (Ellie) Diaz, and I am the Owner and CEO of Elite Transactions. I've been Transaction Coordinating for 3 years, and have over 10 years of experience in Business Administration and Customer Service. I have experience working with top producing agents, and teams all across the Massachusetts area. I pride myself on my strong commitment to client relationships and providing exceptional service.
I was born and raised in Lawrence, Massachusetts but made a move to South Florida, because the warm weather was calling me! I am Dominican, and fluent in English and Spanish. I enjoy spending time with my children, Angel (11) and Erelah (5), binge watching a good Netflix show, and a good cup of coffee. I am a fitness enthusiast and love to hit the gym weekly!
